The task of robot-assisted robotic measuring is that at least 3 different blades per cartridge (i.e. from different chargers) and at least 2 different lubricating strips can be installed. Inserting the blades into the cartridge case is a critical area. The biggest challenge is picking up the blade without damaging the edge and then aligning it and inserting it into the slots in the housing.

The blades are inserted into the housing from front to back. The trimmer and lubristrip can be inserted before or after the blades have been inserted, and not all cassettes have trimmers/lubristrips. Trimmers and Lubristrips must be aligned during assembly. As soon as the blades and trimmer are in place, two aluminum clips are inserted from above. The clips must be oriented so that the longest leg faces the back of the cartridge. In addition to the basic structure, there is a device for receiving the housings and automatically fixing the housing. It is possible to automatically learn the insertion positions using image processing. The same applies that the robot learns the target positions using image processing and a reference position. All relevant system components are controlled using the Battenberg RobFlow© measurement software carried out. The system is easy to program thanks to the use of the Battenberg RobFlow© measurement software and the additional integrated image processing, as well as a high degree of flexibility and expandability of the entire testing system or the robotic measuring system.
