The camera LMK 5 Color in combination with analysis software LightChecker by TechnoTeam is one of the most proven systems for luminance and color measurements. With the Battenberg Robotic Measuring, you can position the camera either by hand or automatically via the ROBSOGPAT® Search for symbols from CAD repeatedly vertically onto the measurement object. This gives you comparable and validatable images.
With the help of the measurement software plugin ROBLMK®, an LMK camera and analysis software
The LMK camera is operated manually or automatically via the ROBSOGPAT® Icon search from CAD performed vertically on the measurement object.
The Battenberg Robotic Measuring is powered by RobFlow© measurement software Plug-in ROBLMK® and guided intuitively by hand at the measurement object with the LMK camera. A built-in laser beam helps with optical orientation. Automated measurement is via the ROBSOGPAT® Icon search from CAD is also possible. The Battenberg Robotic Measuring then repeatedly sets the LMK camera vertically and sets the specified distance to the measurement object, followed by image recording, analysis and evaluation.
In addition to manual guidance, the combination with RobSimulation enables test processes to be created even more quickly. Viewing points and directions are defined directly on the CAD model of the test object, which the simulated robot approaches and creates virtual images. Possible overlapping of individual images along a luminous contour is thus minimized. In the real system, the laser detects the object position, and the real luminance measurement, with the robotic measuring, can begin.
